Music has a way of bringing people together. At our Claridge Court community in the Kansas City area, the beautiful music of one of our newest residents, 25-year-old University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory college student and pianist, Beth Christensen, is bringing joy to residents and forming lifelong friendships. This partnership between Claridge Court and the conservatory has been beneficial for everyone. Beth performs for residents each month, and she and residents have been able to create meaningful friendships.
“It’s just such an amazing opportunity to get to know such wonderful people,” Beth said. “It was really cool that there is this audience of people that really want to be there and want to listen. That’s really special as an artist.”
